Applications are open in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., including counties where Impoundly has not yet established a local market.
We keep the state and county or local area you provide for future jurisdiction matching. Applying does not guarantee a local match or towing work.
Founding operators: 60 days free, then $99/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Property managers: always free.
- Nothing is charged when you apply or sign up. You are only billed if you enter a card at Stripe checkout, and the first $99 charge happens only after the 60-day free trial ends.
- To cancel, go to Dashboard → Operator membership → Manage billing or cancel. Cancel before day 60 and you pay nothing; cancel later and no further monthly charges are made.
- Property managers are never charged. The property-manager portal is free, with no card required.
- Payments are processed by Stripe with a credit or debit card. Impoundly never bills through your phone carrier or mobile account.
Company and contact details
Submitting an application only records your information for review. It does not approve your company, complete compliance review, establish service coverage, or authorize operating or bidding in any area.
