Our founder
Founder, Impoundly
Tim Cribb is a U.S. military veteran. After his service, he spent about eleven years as a private-property tow and impound driver in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
That work put him in the middle of private-property towing every day, and he saw the same problems from both sides. Property managers struggled to find reliable, compliant operators. Operators and vehicle owners dealt with disputes that were made worse by poor records and unclear authorizations.
Tim built Impoundly to fix that: a place where operators are verified, where every tow is backed by a clear record, and where expectations are clear for everyone involved, in every state.
